Winemaker
Hand crafted, artisan wines are made under the watchful eye of Isabelle Dutartre. A believer in traditional Burgundian winemaking practices, she carefully oversees the entire winemaking process from the vine to the bottle. Only the best French oak barrels are used and cellared under perfect, temperature and humidity controlled conditions.
Winemaking is under a custom crush arrangement at DePonte Cellars.
