2006 Eastburn Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir

An elegant wine with intriguing mocha, sweet spices and dark cherry on the nose, combined with hints of tobacco.  A distinctive, silky palate supported by fine-grained tannins, with a long and lovely finish of marionberry, as well as warm vanilla imparted by the use of French barrels, 20% new.

Pair this wine with Filet Mignon, roast lamb, quail, smoked chicken breast, & artisan cheeses. Or – as Mark would suggest from experience – with freshly caught Oregon Steelhead.
